Return & Refund Policy

At Poshiva, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It must also be returned in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at info@poshiva.store. We aim to review and respond to all return requests within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and include photo or video evidence of the issue. We may offer a refund or replacement in the event of damaged goods, incorrect items, or if your order has not been delivered within 45 days of purchase. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, personalized or custom items, beauty or personal care products, flammable materials, hazardous substances, gift cards, or final sale items. If you're uncertain about a product’s return eligibility, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return request first. Once it is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (no store credit will be issued unless requested). It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, and your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@poshiva.store.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@poshiva.store. Some products may not be eligible for cancellation depending on the stage of fulfillment.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with an average processing time of 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If delays occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email or SMS.
Shipping Times
We ship from various fulfillment centers within the United States. Most orders are delivered within 10–15 days, with an average delivery time of 12 days. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is always free on all orders from Poshiva. No minimum purchase is required.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
